Is San Pedro Cactus Legal in the Netherlands?

San Pedro cacti are legal to sell and own as ornamental plants. However, extracting mescaline from the cactus is illegal as mescaline is listed in the Opium Act. Growing San Pedro for decorative purposes is not prosecuted.
