Smartshop.nl is based in the Netherlands. We are a remote-first team focused exclusively on the Dutch smartshop market. We do not have a physical office open to visitors.

Email [email protected] with your shop name, website URL, and proof of ownership (e.g., email from your business domain). We'll verify and link the listing to you within 24 hours. Claiming is completely free.
Can I pay to boost my shop's ranking?
No. Smartshop.nl is fully independent. No amount of money can change a shop's Smartshop Score or ranking position. All scores are calculated algorithmically based on public data.
How quickly will you fix incorrect data?
Data corrections are our highest priority. We aim to investigate and fix factual errors within 12 hours of receiving a report at [email protected].
Do you offer an API?
We are considering a public API for shop data. If you're interested in API access for your project, email [email protected] with your use case and we'll keep you informed.
Can I embed a Smartshop Score badge on my website?
