Is Psilocybin Truffles Legal in the Netherlands?

Psilocybin truffles (sclerotia) are legal in the Netherlands. When magic mushrooms were added to the Opium Act List II in 2008, truffles were explicitly excluded. They are sold openly in licensed smartshops. There is no limit on personal possession quantity.
