Is Nitrous Oxide (N2O) Legal in the Netherlands?

Nitrous oxide for recreational use was banned in the Netherlands on January 1, 2023. It was added to the Opium Act. Possession of more than one small cartridge is punishable. Medical and industrial use remains legal.
